Bio:

Joe is President of Volare Systems, Inc., a software development firm in Denver, Colorado.  Joe has managed successful projects for several large organizations, including Jeffco Public Schools, 3M, Dell, TXU, JC Penny, and the State of Texas.  His latest project tools are C#, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, Entity Framework Code First, Ninject, SpecFlow, NUnit, and Moq.
